Terms of Service

These terms govern use of FAO Final Review ("the Service"), operated by InGenius Prep. By using the Service you agree to them.
The Service
The Service provides expert review of college application materials: feedback reports prepared by former admissions officers, line edits by graduate coaches, and optional follow-up as included in your purchased package. Feedback is advisory — it reflects professional judgment and does not guarantee any admissions outcome.
Accounts
Staff accounts are created by our team; student accounts are created by our team or by signing in with a verified email address. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, since it is used to sign in. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Your materials
You retain all rights to the materials you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and share them with the reviewers assigned to your request, solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you submit.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload unlawful content or content that infringes others' rights.
- Do not attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the Service.
- Do not misrepresent your identity.
Payment and refunds
Review packages are purchased separately through InGenius Prep; the terms of your purchase agreement govern fees, timelines, and refunds.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, InGenius Prep disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the review package concerned.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
